1. Who we are

themysu.com is operated by The Mysu (Private) Limited (PV00251556), Sri Lanka. Registered address: 53/1 Rupasiri Mawatha, Mirihana, Nugegoda 10250. This is our registered address, not a shop: we're an online-only business with no walk-in visits. Contact: help@themysu.com.

2. Agreement

By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

3. Products and pricing

We describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can. Because they're handcrafted, colour and finish may vary slightly. Prices are in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) and include applicable taxes. We may change prices at any time, but not on an order you've already placed.

4. Orders

An order is accepted when we confirm it. We may cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock or a price was listed in error. If we do, we'll refund anything you've paid.

5. Payment

We accept PayHere (card or bank transfer), MintPay (3 interest-free instalments) and Cash on Delivery. MintPay instalments are also governed by MintPay's own terms.

6. Delivery and returns

7. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including designs, photos, logos and text, belongs to MYSU and may not be used without our permission.

8. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Sri Lankan consumer protection law. Otherwise, our liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page when you place your order is the one that applies.
